Rules
Community and rally rules
The rules every CCRally participant follows, on the road and in the community. You agree to them with every registration.
This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any difference, the Dutch version is legally binding.
1. Atmosphere and respect
- CCRally is a club of enthusiasts. We treat each other with respect and sportsmanship, on the road and in the community.
- Discrimination, intimidation, bullying and inappropriate behaviour are not tolerated.
- Everyone is welcome, regardless of make, model or budget. It is about the passion for beautiful cars and great drives.
2. Behaviour on the rally and on the road
- Traffic rules and speed limits apply at all times and everywhere. A CCRally is not a race and not a competition.
- Street racing, cat-and-mouse games and dangerous or obstructive driving are prohibited.
- Follow the roadbook and the instructions of the organisation. Keep a safe distance and only overtake when it is safe and permitted.
- Respect local residents, other road users and the surroundings. We are guests on the route.
3. Car, driving licence and safety
- Your car has passed its roadworthiness test (APK or equivalent), is insured and is in a safe, roadworthy condition.
- You hold a valid driving licence and drive sober. Alcohol and drugs behind the wheel are strictly prohibited.
- Taking part is at your own risk. Fines, damage and costs are your own responsibility and at your own expense.
4. Behaviour in the community
- Treat other members the way you would like to be treated. Keep the tone friendly and constructive.
- No spam, unsolicited advertising, chain messages or commercial recruitment without permission from CCRally.
- No hateful, offensive, violent or objectionable content.
5. Privacy and photos
- Do not share personal details, addresses or number plates of other members without their permission.
- Photos and videos from the rallies and the community stay within the club. Do not share anything of others outside the club without consulting them.
- Prefer not to be recognisable in photos? Let the organisation or the photographer know and we will take it into account.
6. Registration and taking part in events
- A registration for a rally or event is personal. If you cannot come, cancel in good time so someone else can take your place.
- When demand is high, CCRally may set a maximum number of participants.
7. Enforcement
- If these rules are not followed, CCRally may issue a warning, remove posts or photos and in serious cases end access to an event, the community or the membership.
- If access is ended because of misconduct, there is no right to a refund of membership fees or costs.
8. Liability
- Taking part in CCRally activities and using the community is entirely at your own risk.
- CCRally is not liable for damage, injury, loss or theft of any kind, during events or otherwise.
- Every participant drives under their own responsibility and with their own valid insurance.
