Burgundian Three Courses

We began this exclusive CCRally at a magnificent castle just north of Roermond with an excellent lunch. From there we headed south, arriving around 14.00 at the stately St. Gerlach for a selection of refined amuse-bouches and a matching drink.

We then continued our route through the rolling Limburg countryside to Kasteel de Hoogenweerth in Maastricht. Here we ended the day with a glass of bubbly and an intimate three-course dinner, with a choice of meat, fish or a vegetarian dish.
