British Rally 2026
A stylish rally day full of driving pleasure and British class
On Sunday 6 September we drove the British Rally through the green countryside of the Achterhoek and Twente. We set off from the beautiful Kasteel Vorden on a carefully planned route over quiet roads with fine views along the way. It was a day devoted entirely to pure driving pleasure and good company among car enthusiasts.
The field was wonderfully diverse, with a mix of classic cars and modern sports cars ranging from Mini to Rolls-Royce and Porsche. After the welcome at the castle from 10.00, the crews set off on the first part of the drive. Along the way we stopped at a checkpoint and enjoyed a generous lunch at a special venue.
Late in the afternoon we returned to Kasteel Vorden, which that weekend was the setting for the British Weekend. We rounded off the day in style with drinks, bites and plenty of opportunity to admire each other's cars.
